We’re looking for a driven, passionate, and energetic leader to join our growing team as Website Manager located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

In this role, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of our web assets, including websites, microsites, and internal/external applications. You’ll guide a talented team of web developers, set technical direction, and ensure our digital platforms deliver outstanding performance, and user experiences.

You are a “do-er”; you like auditing, planning, managing, and upgrading websites.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer (or user) experiences through websites and applications.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment – you thrive under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
Seven to ten (7-10) years of hands-on experience in website development.
Proven experience managing/managing a team of web developers.
