Infrastructure Manager
We're growing and our Technology Solutions team is looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Infrastructure Manager! This position is located at our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.
Job Description
As the Infrastructure Manager, you will responsible providing leadership and operational oversight for Skyline’s infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient delivery of Technology Solutions (“TS”) operations. This role is accountable for translating the infrastructure strategy into actionable operational plans, ensuring initiatives are executed effectively through prioritized project delivery, resource planning and measurable results. The Infrastructure Manager leads the team responsible for day-to-day technical operations with a focus on operational planning, service optimization, and the successful delivery of infrastructure and operations projects.

- An intuition to identify and anticipate system issues and proactively collaborate with stakeholders to prevent and minimize system disruption.
- Minimum two (2) to three (3) years post-secondary education in computer science, information technology or related degree/diploma.
- Minimum five (5) years relevant workplace experience or equivalent combination of workplace experience and education and three (3) years’ experience managing employees.
- Project management experience or PMO certification an asset.
