- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer (or user) experiences through websites and applications.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment – you thrive under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Seven to ten (7-10) years of hands-on experience in website development.
- Proven experience managing/managing a team of web developers.
