Job Description
The Client Services Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of Skyline Wealth Associates as they act as a point of contact for all inquiries from Skyline Wealth Management Inc. (SWMI) investors and deliver exceptional and consistent customer service experience. This position is primarily responsible for deepening the client relationship to maintain investor engagement, and where applicable ensure the Relationship Managers are receiving support while supporting Skyline’s shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.
